Daniel, I followed your directions and created a Form on my website using I contact but when I put in an email address and name it redirects me to a google page saying URL not available or unknown
Can you give me some advice?
Terri,
When you created the iContact form, you made a typo in your redirect page. I think it’s because their form already includes an http:// and you ended up with two.
Here’s what you have now: <input type="hidden" name="redirect" value="http://http://homeownershortsalesecrets.com/check-your-email/" />
You need to change that to: <input type="hidden" name="redirect" value="http://homeownershortsalesecrets.com/check-your-email/" />
Daniel, Thanks it worked nicely, now I am almost done.
I have one more question:
How do I move my call to action over so it sits on top of the name and email bars and sits a little lower? It looks a little off the way it is now
Hi Daniel,
I have installed your plugin and have a small problem with it;
The ‘submit’ button is underneath the input fields and I don’t seem to be able to get it to the right, as it appears in your demo vid. What do I need to change?
Thanks in advance,
George

PS I’ve not had any optins yet, despite it running for over 3 weeks, do you think it’s because of the submit button not being seen?
George,
You probably need to remove an image submit button and stick with a regular form submit button. That should do the trick.
Lack of optins may have to do with traffic, offer and other factors. It might also be related to the button. I notice that you have another optin mechanism at first that blacks out your site. That might be increasing your bounce rate before anyone ever sees the optincrusher.
Hi Daniel,
I followed the directions, yet the Form is not showing up. It is a new iContact account so I am sure it is my fault somehow, yet I cannot figure it out . . . any suggestions?
Thank you,
Judie
P.S. Thank you so much for all of the tutorials – it really makes it easy
I just had a look and it appears to be rendering in the page. I suspect it’s related to the javascript errors on your page. You can have your webmaster review those. They may also be related to another plugin.
Thank you for getting back to me – I am the one who has built my website. I am not that proficient and do not understand what you are talking about – and I do not see the javascript errors you are talking about. I am unable to get someone to look at it – so I guess I will try something else. Thank you again! I was hoping to use your plugin!! I wish you great success!
