The optincrusher is the best way to get your website visitor’s attention, without interrupting them, and to get them onto your email list. It supports all email service providers and has many configurable features. Here’s a short video to show you exactly how it works.

Hello, First of all your links to the troubleshooter and help desk are fubared – [User Error]: _mtroubleshooter_astepstroubleshootercatid1parentid0 not found (includes/functions.php:29).
So, this is the only place I could find to contact you. Question: we would like only the “Special Offer” button in th lower right corner to appear, at all times. Just like when it remembers that the user has minimized it. For us, we want this to be the initial state without ever showing the full bar. (until they click on this button of course) Looking at the code in the .js file, looks like this should be fairly easy, for someone who knows JS :) .
Thanks in advance for any help.

I’ve fixed the link to the troubleshooter.

You could modify the plugin to set the cookie ‘show_hide_state’ to a value of ‘hide’. That would show the smaller bit first.

Hi ! I have an issue with the plug in on my site. The big optin/light box comes on automatically and cannot be closed.I have disabled the plug in momentarily as my readers cannot see the content at all.

Please email me!

Many thanks,
Eduard Mi

Hi Eduardo,

It sounds like you might have a conflict with your theme. Is there another theme you can use?

Thanks for the great FREE optin tool. It even works much better than the one I paid $49 for… :)

Good job on your plug in. I really like it… one tiny thing… do you think on the next upgrade you can put an option on the post/page to disable the optin. Going through all the pages and getting the ID is taking forever.

I am seeing an increase in subscribers.

Great news about the subscribers. That’s also a good idea to add an option on the post/page edit page to disable optincrusher on that page… I’ll definitely keep that in mind for a future release.

Can you tell me why the “Subscribe Me!” button isn’t working on mine? I can hit enter, but it won’t let me click on the button. Thanks!

Hi,

Cant see the fields ‘name’ and ‘email’…?

Can you help me please?

You need “display: inline;” as the style for that input. The stylesheet for your website makes the display: block by default. You can add that style directly to the input tags in the optincrusher settings.

Meanwhile I have an other problem. When click the arrow, I get this page-url ‘URLONCLICK’.

Solved the urlonclick link by removing everything after ” *** “..div class=”attentionarrow” ****/div..in the optincrusher_templates.php.

Hope could help somebody with this.

That’s good news that you have it working now. Sometimes you have to dig in to the HTML/CSS a bit to get things just right.
