We LOVE the Opt-in Crusher! Dan installed the footer on our blog on April 3, 2010. We have had 2257 sign up just from the footer in that little amount of time. That’s an average of 37 more people per day! (That can result in 13,505 sign ups a year in addition to the others that are signing up!) We’ve also noticed fewer people unsubscribe from our blog when they sign up in the footer than anywhere else that’s offered.

This tutorial is wildly out of date with constant contact.

it’s showing up just fine. You might have it set to not show when you’re logged in.
The video is outdated and they now use something called Formstack. I can only generate javascript so it renders the plugin useless with Constant Contact.
Unless I’m missing something. Help?!?
You may have to contact Constant Contact, but it should be possible to generate a raw HTML form. That’s all the javascript does. It renders an HTML form.
